The service was 10/10, Faisal was very welcoming and had a great demeanour to his customer! Chicken Parmesan was Devine and the chicken nachos was delicious 🤤… The atmosphere is great and friendly place for all type is ages, the drive over from Lancashire was worth it! Yet another superb dining experience at Cheal’s last evening. In all the meals we have enjoyed there, they have remained consistently outstanding throughout. The experienced and professional staff (who never refer to us as ‘guys’ or ‘mate’), the lovely comfortable surroundings and the exciting choice of dishes all add up to an evening of sheer enjoyment. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Opting for the 5-course tasting menu during our visit on Wednesday evening, we were treated to a journey of flavours that were as refined as they were inventive. Each dish was a testament to the creative genius of Chef Aktar Islam and his team, blending traditional Indian influences with modern techniques in ways that delighted the senses. From the very first bite, it was clear that each plate had been crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The balance of flavours, the textures, and the presentation were flawless—elevating every course into a work of art. It was impossible to pick a favourite dish as every course brought something unique to the table, showcasing a remarkable depth of culinary skill. The service was equally impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, their knowledge of the dishes and wine pairings enhancing the entire experience.
