The menu, created by chef John McMahon, uses classic techniques and modern inspiration to transform ingredients into sublime grub. Popular dishes include the Gewurztraminer poached foie gras, the breast of Loue chicken on tarragon risotto, and the assiette of rhubarb desserts. Great hosts and restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly suggest visiting The Cavaliere. They even have an area for larger groups. I love this restaurant and would book again.

The entire experience was exceptional. All of the team members was very profesionnal and warm. The food was delicious and the vegan set menu was a very appreciated option. The mansion is absolutely beautiful and magical.
