We are an authentic Italian wine café, proud to offer quality Sicilian wines and spuntini appetisers across the UK. In the spring of 2013 something extraordinary happened. Two Italian guys in their twenties met in Manchester to find out that they shared a unique passion; they both loved and missed, the Italian Aperitivo, the ritual of drinking, nibbling and relaxing after work. Our wines come from Caruso & Minini, our family vineyard back in Sicily where great-grandfather Antonio planted the first vines in the XIX century. What a fabulous place. The food was wonderful and the service even better. I don't know the name of our waitress but she was outstanding. The style and design of the place is exceptional and I loved the location next to the the water. I honestly don't think there is is anything that could be improved. My favourite bit was the smell of the cooking. Wow!

Exquisite lunch at Landrace as usual! Delicious small plates to share - the cheese fritters are always a must but today really enjoyed the boquerones and Devon crab on toast. The Cantabrian boquerones were so tasty in a luxurious olive oil - perfect on the Landrace bread! Thank you!

The girl that served us was very pleasant and efficient. No complaints with the food all served hot and freshly cooked. It was nice to be able to see your food being prepared in the open kitchen.
