Inside TAP, guests are encouraged to grab a seat around the extended bar, which features wine on tap or at the outdoor seating for relaxed al fresco dining. The specially created TAP pumps (which inspired the bar’s name) are designed to cool the wine to exactly the right temperature for each brand.The menu elevates bar food, taking inspiration from America with some delicious twists on classic dishes.The menu includes a range of small and large plates, including loaded waffle fries, chicken wings, steak, burgers, pizzas, and deli sandwiches. As always the food was amazing. Only constructive criticism is that the Panna Cotta has changed to strawberry Flavour on a Prosecco jelly base, the original version is much nicer. This doesn’t mean it was bad, it was just disappointing. However, overall the food was delicious.

This was a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and expert. Our table was ready and we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The atmosphere was very special - relaxed and comfortable with a lovely festive feel. Staff were keen to help with tea selections from the extensive menu, all served in silver teapots. The afternoon tea was exceptional! A delicious selection of traditional favourites with an elegant twist and the most perfect scones I’ve ever eaten! It was worth every penny and I would say this is a must for anyone visiting Harrogate.

Very impressed with this new find. Food was gorgeous - probably some of the best pizzas we’ve eaten. Staff were friendly and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome. A fabulous addition to Saltaire.
