Great service with lovely staff from meeting and greeting to the departure from the restaurant. Normans had a lovely feel to it and we really enjoyed our early evening meal. Drink spilled when delivering, but no offer to clean it up. Service very slow. The food however was good. Tonic water appeared in a glass, rather than in a bottle with a glass, which I found strange. The gentleman who I presume was the cook was somewhat dishevelled, with dirty clothes - a bit off-putting. Would I return? Possibly, but I think I’ll give them time to ‘settle in’.
