Situated overlooking the water in Gunwharf Quays, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     It was a wonderful evening and the food and service fantastic . The only disappointment came from my 18 yo daughter , her friend and my son who is older were ID checked and because they didn’t have their passports or any ID with them , they were refused wine with their meal and any drinks which slightly changed the celebratory occasion. We don’t normally drink but on a special night out we would not have expected to have this to have been refused. I belive that they should tell diners when booking g that without ID they will be refused alcohol . Never has this ever happened before in my life time of dining out with my family. I am 56 and my husband 66 so it was a shock.

    I have been meaning to try this place for too long. What a gem!! The fact it was packed on a Tuesday night when other restaurants in Fleet high street weren’t says something. Great food and great service. The salad presentation with the meat dishes was outstanding. Yeah it’s a bit noisy as it’s family orientated mid week and lots of birthday celebrations. Big conservatory area a tad cold but it was 2 oC outside. Will definitely be coming back

    The welcome at Pho was spot on. Helpful and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. They know their menu well and are happy to advise on drinks and meals. The meals themselves were delicious and filling. As the food is freshly cooked they know the ingredients they are using and it all tastes fresh and fragrant. Able to cater for dowry needs easily and with minimum fuss.
