The afternoon tea was great, i would have been nice if the christmas menu was already out especially with the winter illuminations down the road, it makes a whole day of festive experience

Had afternoon tea. Absolutely lovely. Great service and food

This was a family Halloween afternoon tea and the decor was excellent. The problem was I had only been at the table for 15 minutes when both children (under 7) wanted the toilet. Despite leaving our coats and half eaten food by the time we returned the waitress had cleared the table! The manageress was very apologetic and boxed up some cakes to take away but my coffee and the children’s drinks went without replacement ! Better training for staff please!

I had a very relaxing time. The food was unique and different from afternoon tea in other hotels. I really liked the scones here. They were crispy, small, easy to eat and the jam was delicious. I was also happy that they provided high chairs for my baby. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for visiting with my kids. It was full when I visited. Everyone enjoyed chatting so I didn't have to worry if my kids were a bit loud.
