Head Chef Greg Milne has created a menu inspired by fresh Cornish produce to be enjoyed on our unique island setting, with sea views north and the backdrop of the castle to the south.Precisely-cut sandwiches are accompanied by freshly-baked cakes and pastries; while traditional treats boast creative twists.
