We entered the premises which had a charming bar with 2 roaring log fires and a very friendly, beaming smile and greeting. We had pre booked and were shown to our table in the dining area to the rear. Lovely decor and a beautiful open, light and airy space at the back. We had a wide choice of meals and drinks and opted to go from the sharing Valentines menu. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, attentive and professional and my partner even commented on the lovely feeling she was getting from staff and other customers. We had a Charcuterie board starter and chateaubriand main. All of the food was quickly served and cooked to perfection. We passed on dessert as the portions were plentiful.
