Happened upon the outside posted menu of the restaurant while visiting the German Village and was intrigued. Got a same day reservation. The experience was no less than brilliant. The ambiance expertly crafted. The staff exquisitely attentive and as a cook myself, the food was jealously fantastic. Hope I can visit Cento again soon!

Leaving Butcher & Rose, Me wife and I felt a profound connection—not just to the exceptional food, but to the passion and creativity infused into every dish. It was an evening of indulgence, where each bite told a story, and every flavor was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. We will Definitely be back. This visit was kind of different. It was my 2nd time coming here and of course we were served nicely. Although I noticed the food was very salty. I had wine so it's kind of helping with that but it literally stings our tongue. We got the burger, wings, thai mussels and clam chowder. Overall it was nice, except for that salty food.

I love this place! I dined here alone in October after looking for a place that made fresh pasta every day. The focaccia is sublime and I could drink the olive oil.The cacio e pepe was spot on. Tonight, I returned with my aunt and uncle and it did not disappoint! Among the three of us, we were able to order most of the menu so we could each try each dish. The service is impeccable and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy - along with a food and the wine what a wonderful place to spend an evening. I can’t wait to return and, hopefully, introduce more people to this lovely hidden gem. Don’t hesitate! Make a reservation 😋

My husband and I enjoyed an early Valentine's dinner last night. Once again Jeffy Ruby's was perfect! We enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine and delicious food. Dave our server was excellent and attentive throughout the evening. His recommendations for dessert were spot on, I've never had the butter pie and so glad I chose it, perfection! Of course the steak and lobster were perfectly cooked and delicious, like I would expect from Jeff Ruby's high quality beef and seafood selections. We are already looking forward to dining here again and we are still talking about how great our meals were last night!
