This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more.     I got lucky enough to visit here for Valentine's Day, and it was absolutely fantastic! The second we walked in, the vibe was intimate, elegant, and just perfect for a night out. The cuisine was amazing. The service was 10 out of 10, attentive, and made us feel rightly valued. Silky smooth, and we were never hurried. Overall, an amazing experience. I'll be returning for certain. Highly recommend for any special occasion or even if you simply want a top notch dining experience!

    Food and service were outstanding. They were running a bit behind with seating even with reservations, which is understandable in my opinion given the busy holiday and the Eagles parade. They gave us complimentary champagne for the wait, which was greatly appreciated. Cocktails were amazing and delicious. Filet and lamb were excellent, cooked to perfection. The crab cocktail could’ve had a bit more meat for the price, in my opinion, but given how expensive seafood has become and how tasty it was, its understandable. Overall great place, great for Valentine’s Day, and will definitely be back one day!

    Never a disappointment! Food and beverages exactly as stated on the menu -- properly prepared and presented. Mr. Ira Z, our server, was his usual friendly and efficient self! Same goes for his assistant, Mr. Miguel. The hostesses warmly greeted us, which is typical. Hat's off to the chefs, local management, corporate management, and especially Mr. Ira Z! I expect they'll keep up the excellent efforts!! This Capital Grille is our favorite high-end steak house -- for good reason. (The facility is clean and presentable; pleasant.)
