Eric was awesome and very attentive. My only complaint is the ketchup bottle in my igloo was empty and eating a burger and fries without it was kind of a bummer. I was also hoping for a discount on the igloo since I only made it an hour in -25 degree temps, but alas, that didn’t happen.
