FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. Went on a Thurs. Loved the live jazz but too loud to sit and dine in same room. We dined in the bar area instead. Bartender was also waiting on tables in the bar area so service was slower than usual. Food consistently very good. The ribs are the best in town! Burgers are delicious too… Drinks are usually outstanding w the regular bartenders... Definitely one of my “go to” restaurants in Piermont.
