From the moment we walked in the door and being greeted by the hostess the experience started. Our waitress was Kiki and she was outstanding! We ordered a bottle of wine the staff member was lovely and accommodating for our table was a little wobbly and she fixed it for us. We ordered the Focaccia as an appetizer they came with whipped ricotta, aged balsamic and an olive tapenade which was so good and the young man that delivered that came back with a beautifying tray of assorted olives, roasted red peppers with mini mozzarella balls. Our meals were filling we ordered eggplant parm with a side of pasta and I also ordered the meatballs. If you love meatballs and sausage they are a MUST. The other order was lasagne pinwheels which I am told was very good and filling. We did have takeaway boxes, portions are good sized. Dessert is a must we shared a gelato and the pine nut tart. I cannot say enough about the staff, food and ambience. It was a little loud in the dining room but nothing that would deter us from going back. Looking forward to the next time.

This restaurant is not only clean and beautiful, but the food and service is absolutely amazing! We’ve been there a few times now and we’re never disappointed. I love it there!!

Our dinner at Alter House tonight was simply spectacular! The delicious gormet dinner was fabulous from start to finish. The French Onion Soup was perfectly prepared and absolutely scrumptious. The halibut and the lobster fettuccine were delectable, and the chocolate chip cake and the cheese cake were uniquely wonderful. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was quietly exhilarating--complete with live music. Alter House is an extraordinary restaurant--a great gift to the Abingtons!I’m
