As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax.     The food was delicious. The service was quick and a bit scattered, but everybody was really kind.  The miso cod was probably some of the best fish I’ve ever eaten in my life. I would definitely go back again. Pricey but worth it

    If you’re looking for a restaurant with an amazing vibe, Uchi is a must-visit. The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The ingredients are impressively fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and expertly crafted. Every dish feels meticulously prepared with incredible attention to detail. We tried their happy hour special—a 10-course tasting menu for just $120 for two people—and it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was a delightful surprise, full of creativity and balanced flavors. The pork belly skewer with green sauce was a standout, perfectly tender with a vibrant, savory kick. Overall, Uchi is the perfect place for an elevated dining experience without breaking the bank, especially during happy hour. Highly recommended!

    Came in for a quick bite! Everything we had was fabulous. One of my favorite sushi restaurants to go to when I fly in from New York. Had the toro which was to die for! Had the tuna tartare on crispy rice, the kimchi wagyu beef dumplings and my husband had the tuna and salmon avocado rolls. Normally I don’t eat salmon but here I do! I only wish there was a place that had this type of service, ambience and to die for amazing and fresh sushi in New York, which you would think existed!

    I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service! The establishment is so old that I thought it would be equivalent to the old spaghetti factory, smelly, old with quality being something lost 20 years ago. The food was great and I was shocked how busy it was on a Sunday night. We were at the Teppanyaki table and it was entertaining along with delicious and a tremendous amount of food!
