This is some of if not the best barbecue in Chicago!

Bluegrass was a pleasant surprise. Great variety on menu and the waitress explained options well. Met the owner Joanie and manager tableside checking on us and learning about each other. Bar service good with Hurricane and ale. Our party of two dined on pulled pork sandwich, Rémoulade Salad topped with lump crab and added a serving of fried crawfish. Delicious! Tried the shot of Gumbo and was not disappointed. Finished with gifted serving of Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. Going back to try more southern menu choices.

We were a little underwhelmed considering we had heard great things before coming here. Service was great and the cocktails we each had were amazing, but the food was just average.

I want to love this place but is a meh for me. While the vibe is always on point, the food is just ok. The options are limited, and the prices are a bit steep for what's offered. I would most likely just go there for drinks and socializing if I go again. Our waiter was A+ though
