Saltillo Mexican Kitchen is a new and exciting Mexican restaurant located in the Bellaire triangle. Dishes are carefully designed with succulent, authentic flavors from Northern Mexico. We specialize in a variety of traditional dishes and salsas that integrate a Mexican grilling experience. We feature only the finest cuts of steak, brisket, chicken and seafood (flown in daily from the Sea of Cortez) prepared with regional rubs.We offer great service, a comfortable environment, a well stocked bar with a curated selection of wine and Mexican beers, backed by over a decade of experience. Saltillo is a Mexican restaurant with Mexican roots, which is a great addition to the neighborhood as well to our city.
