Man, we won't be making that mistake again! The ambiance was great, the service was terrific, and the food was excellent! We had lamb lollipops and fried lobster tails for apps, a wedge salad, and the 12oz filet and broiled lobster tails for entrees. Oh, and lest I forget...bananas foster for dessert! But for as great as the food was, the bigger deal was how we felt appreciated from the moment we checked in. Too often when experiencing fine dining I find that we're made to feel as if we were lucky they even allowed us in the door. Like this hoity-toity attitude that we BARELY qualified to eat at this establishment and they need to get us out of there before we can pollute their rarified air with our commonness. But at Cabernet, it felt like they truly appreciated our business. We were never rushed by our server Amanda (with assists from Dani and Alex), and our entire experience was extremely positive as a result. I highly recommend Cabernet, and we will be quick to return. The food is beautifully prepared. The flavors so good. THE best calamari anywhere - and I’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants around the world. The wild mushroom appetizer is also really good.
