The food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter Justin was fabulous!!! He knew about EVERYTHING on the menu. He made sure we were taken care of and recommended some amazing options. 10/10

I always recommend trying the specials and tonight was no exception. Chef Calvin outdid himself on the app steak special with fresh roti.

Food, service and ambiance, Poor Calvin’s has it all. It is a converted house so the room size lends itself to lower noise level. The choice of art work is lovely. The room I was in had two Thai/Asian style art pieces that I would love to have in my home. Service was kind, courteous and present. You get a pleasant greeting and salutation on the way out. The food is a wide ranging Asian/Southern fusion cuisine. I had a seafood spring roll for app. Yummy! Real chopped vegetables and seafood inside a crisp fried wrapper nestled in a delightful sweet sauce. For entree I had crispy fried soft crab. A delicacy us Marylanders hold high. I had a craft cocktail that was bourbon based with pear puree and some kind of baking spice. Not too sweet just right with flavors that take you away. Definitely try Poor Calvin’s when in Atlanta.

Everything was amazing. My boyfriend and I were there for date night our server was amazing I cannot think of her name (started with an m) but she was super attentive and knowledgeable. The drinks were amazing. We will be back

The night was great. The restaurant is small but we were seated right at the time of our reservation. Our server TJ was excellent! He had amazing customer service and was well versed in the menu. The food was amazing, perfectly plated, and masterfully curated.
