This trattoria style restaurant is the product of a long-standing friendship between Restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana. After years of mutual respect between the two passionate professionals, Ferdinandi and Auriana now share the vision of imparting their Italian roots and memories through food and hospitality. In the kitchen, Chef Auriana prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The approachable menu at The Factory Kitchen highlights the simplicity of traditional local recipes. The Factory Kitchen takes its name from the street it’s located on and the complex that hosts it, but the restaurant’s soul is purely Italian. The Bar/Lounge Area can be reserved Monday-Friday at lunch and Sunday-Thursday at dinner. This area can accommodate up to 20 seated and 35 standing.

120 Seated
The Main Dining room is available for full buyouts for parties larger than 40.. The Main Dining Room can accommodate up to 120 seated and 150 for a standing cocktail reception. Service charge, event coordinate fee and tax are added.
