Welcome to the Moerlein Lager House. We are a spectacular restaurant, brewery and event space in downtown Cincinnati on the banks of the Ohio River in Smale Riverfront Park, next to Great American Ballpark, Heritage Bank Arena, Paul Brown Stadium and adjacent to The Banks lifestyle development. Cincinnati’s brewing heritage comes alive with our renowned Moerlein beers. Our name, our beer, and our menu pay tribute to Cincinnati’s rich German-American brewing traditions. Paired with our fantastic views, an event at the Moerlein Lager House will allow locals and out of town guests to appreciate the wonders of the Queen City. Offering a variety of private dining rooms and semi-private spaces with seating for groups of up to 300, Moerlein Lager House offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and appetizer packages. Audiovisual equipment and customized menus are available upon request. With floor to ceiling windows, we are sure to give your group show stopping views and unforgettable experiences.

John Hauck Room

Our most picturesque room, the John Hauck Room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Great American Ballpark, Smale Riverfront Park, the Ohio River, and the hills of Northern Kentucky. It has a boardroom style table for up to 20 guests with a 65′ wall mounted TV for presentations. Groups have the flexibility to choose a plated dining package or order from our restaurant menu.
Beer Baron Hall

Our Beer Baron Hall overlooks Great American Ballpark, the Ohio River, and the hills of Northern Kentucky. It can accommodate seated events for up to 104 guests or cocktail receptions for 125 guests. This room has a projector and screen or two 65” wall mounted TVs. In the middle of the Hall, there is a floor to ceiling dividing wall that can be closed to separate this space into two smaller rooms, East and West. The East Room can seat up to 48 guests. The West Room can seat up to 40 guests.
Four Season Beer Garden

Our four-season Beer Garden is our fully enclosed patio space with retractable floor to ceiling windows for an indoor or covered outdoor space. It offers amazing views of Smale Park, the iconic Roebling Suspension Bridge, and Paul Brown Stadium. It’s gorgeous! This area has a fun, laid back, yet sophisticated atmosphere and is made up of rows of high-top tables. It can be reserved by rows, half the room, or the entire space for up to 140. It can also be reserved with the event lawn.
Community Tables
24 Seated
Seats 24 guests, in the heart of our restaurant, at 3 high-top tables in our first floor dining room. Great for small happy hours and casual get-togethers; this space offers a great view of the Roebling Suspension Bridge, Smale Riverfront Park, and Paul Brown Stadium. These tables are in view of multiple TVs. Guests may order from our regular restaurant menu in this space.
Hops Garden

Our Hops Garden provides a perfect outdoor space to relax and mingle with a private bar across from Great American Ballpark. This event space comes with a private pavilion bar, right off the Moerlein Lager House Brew House kettles with beer served fresh from the tap directly from our brewery. We also offer full bar packages. This space is reserved in conjunction with our interior rooms in case of rain or heat, so you can feel confident knowing your guests will be comfortable.
