We’re thrilled to welcome British chef and television presenter Matt Tebbutt as the next guest in our Chef Series. On Thursday 17th April, he joins Executive Chef Jack Smith in the kitchen to create a menu inspired by hearty British cuisine, elevated with rich, seasonal ingredients and Quaglino’s signature flair.
To start – Lightly cured Chalk Stream trout, fennel & cucumber salad, green peppercorn, citrus, and shallot dressing.
Main – Rack of Lamb, Savoyarde potato, wild mushroom persillade, Bordelaise sauce.
To finish – Warm gingerbread, toffee sauce, poached apricots, and burnt almond cream.
Swing star Martin John and his five-piece band will soundtrack the night with lively sets, sure to have you up and dancing.
