Situated on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch Street. Our Head Chef, Liam Price, has created a range of menus that showcase the best of British with a hint of French flair, championing seasonal British produce. From lunch, dinner, and brunch, there is something for everyone to enjoy high above London. The bar, headed up by talented Bar Manager, Spyros Apostolopoulos, serves signature cocktails, craft beer and experiments with local ingredients to concoct the most innovative flavours in the city. 2 course - £38 / 3 course - £43. Add bottomless champagne, bellini, rossini or aperol spritz for additional £30pp for 1h 30mins. Please note all tables are booked for a duration of 2 hours.

Very bad experience. Bad service It was my birthday and my reservation (that I made 1 month ago) has been changed four Hours before the dinne. When I arrived at the restaurant I didn’t receive excuses and the lady who served us just wanted to do everything as soon as possibile. After the dinner we went to the bar of the restaurant to drink something and after 15 minutes they asked us to leave the table and also ask to pay the service that we had already pay before.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly on arrival and throughout our meal. Food was excellent and staff very attentive. Would certainly recommend 14 Hills

Ambiance was really nice, from the music to the service I expected the food to be on par. I got the vegetarian 6 course tasting and my partner got the non-veg. I was disappointed with the dishes presented to me as they had tried putting flavours together which should not ever have been paired. Towards the end of the meal we were given gold wrist bands to see the fireworks on the roof. Unfortunately it was not explained there was a cost involved and the view was massively obstructed..

I visited this establishment hoping for a pleasant experience, but it fell far short of expectations. We arrived at around 9:45 PM and weren’t seated until 10:25 PM. During that time, no one acknowledged us, nor were we assisted in finding a place to sit—we had to find seating ourselves, which set the tone for the poor service that followed. The food was extremely disappointing. It was cold, stale, and lacked any freshness or quality. Additionally, I felt rushed throughout the meal due to the timing of the fireworks on the rooftop. I had specifically requested that my main course be served after the fireworks, but this was denied as the kitchen was closing. This lack of flexibility and understanding was frustrating, especially considering it wasn’t my fault they were short on time. Despite paying a substantial amount for the experience, the service was abysmal. There was no sympathy or effort made to rectify the situation. I’ve had much better experiences at places like Sky Garden or other free rooftop venues, where I was treated far better and didn’t have to pay extra for subpar service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal or enjoyable atmosphere. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and entirely lacking in hospitality. Save your money and your time.

Went on nye. Table reserved for 2130 but didn’t get sat until 2210. The six course meal then felt very rushed in order to be finished by midnight to see the fireworks. Service was okay, however there were multiple servers which I don’t like. In addition to this, the meat course was steak and we were not asked how we wanted this cooked and it arrived rare. We did speak with the manager and they removed charges from our bill which we appreciated. However, overall for £220 per person I would not recommend.

Dinner at NYE: Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Be warned—they enforce a strict time limit for dinner, which completely ruins the atmosphere. We booked a 6-course meal, but the timing was so rushed that it left just about 15 minutes between each course. This is utterly unreasonable and made the evening feel more like a race than an enjoyable dining experience. The service was equally frustrating. Our server seemed entirely uninterested, clearly counting down the minutes until we had to leave the table. The attitude was dismissive and, frankly, rude, leaving us feeling unwelcome and undervalued. While the view is undeniably great, the food was just average—certainly not worth the hype or the price. For such an occasion, you expect something far more memorable in both quality and service. Overall, I would strongly advise skipping this place, especially for New Year’s Eve. They are clearly more focused on maximizing profit than providing a genuine and pleasant experience for their guests. Save your time, money, and patience for a venue that actually values its customers.

We has a great time - meat sublime. Vegetarian option (gnocchi) slightly disappointing as not cooked amazingly and artichoke, while delicious, was far sparser than anticipated. Flavours brilliant though, a true delight for the tastebuds!
