   Genuinely the worst service had, you get better service at Nando’s. - There were 5-6 staff chatting just by the machine ignoring customers. - We booked a table as understand busy but ended up waiting 15 minutes for a table when could see free tables. - They forgot to transfer drinks from the bar which manager said they would. - as getting hungry and seemingly ignored by staff set a timer on my phone to see how long would take to get served ended up at close to 20 minutes til they took our order. - once finished we stacked our plates as trying to make space on the tiny table and then proceed to forget we had ordered desert which they tried up selling at the beginning. - even trying to grab someone to get the bill took an age. I wouldn’t be this nitpicking, but this is a member ship restaurant which is still charging on the higher end I would expect service to be better. Yes the ambience is nice but is it worth it, no.

   Delicious food, although it was very noisy and the chairs are very low down. We had a lovely lunch though.

   It was my birthday, and I had booked this so that we could listen to the live music. However, when we arrived, it was explained to me that we could not get to our table because people were standing around it. when I asked for an alternative table on the same floor so that we could listen to the music It turned out that none of the other tables were kept empty for us so we had to go downstairs. We missed the live music and all of this happened on my birthday it was very upsetting.
