18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

    This is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this place. Food selection and quality is superb along with service. The best part is you get to listen to wonderful musicians while eating.

    From arrival to departure, excellent service on a very busy Valentines Day. At the table there was expert help in picking food and wine combinations that were spot on. The amuse included lemon arancini that popped with bright lemon flavor and a glaze and greens nicely complementing. We split the crab toast and pork belly appetizers, it was hard to say which was the best as each was amazing. For entrees we each ordered the filet with creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes. It was perfectly prepared and delicious and we were taken by surprise by the creamed spinach which was by far the best we have ever eaten. Desserts of berries and shortbread provided the perfect ending to a great experience. As usual, the Jazz served as an excellent backdrop for the evening. One of the best dining experiences we have had, thank you for the excellent performance of the entire 18th and 21st team.

    To start the service was fantastic from walking in the door to paying the bill 10 out of 10. The menu had so many great options choosing what to get was the most difficult part of the evening. When we finally made our choice the food we ordered came out in a timely manner and was delectable. I can’t recommend this place enough

    You definitely pay for the great service, ambiance and drinks. Main entree was soso; starters were good though.

    We had a great table in the music that evening was live, and it was very nice. The food was really just mediocre to me. The best course was the appetizer or seafood salad, but was very spicy. I would only return there for the ambience, not necessarily the food.  also the portions were very small. However, I did get the restaurant week menu, but it was almost like a small appetizer menu. We actually ordered another appetizer after a meal because it wasn’t enough food. So I was disappointed with that.

    What a wonderful place! It’s beautiful. The music is great. The food was superb,service was excellent. wonderful ambience.

    Thank you for a great experience. I will forever be inclined to dine with you with Sammy Diaz and Trevor - dream team. Thank you for honoring our requests. Dinner was an amazing. Seared scallops transported me to the ocean. My poached lobster melted in my mouth and the snap peas were a great garnish. The cocktails deserve their own review. Drinks were on point and top tier.
