   Group of 5 all collectively decided we will not go back. They need to figure out what kind of restaurant they want to be: fine dining or not. We are all about a blend of styles but that is not what this is. Ambience, food + price, and lack of attention to detail was off putting. If we are spending $100+ person we expect much more professional experience in all aspects. Not that $100+/per is exorbitant cost but we were still felt we could order more food but did not feel price + portion made sense

   Excellent customer service, excellent food. Definitely try the bird nest (we ordered it twice) wantons amazing. You go to the plaza where the restaurant is located and would not have a clue of how well put together the ambiance is as soon as you open the doors. 10/10 definitely recommend.

   Came here with 3 family members because of the review in the San Diego Union Tribune Night and Day section. Though in a strip mall the interior was very pleasant despite not being completely refinished from the prior business. Noise level was on the light side so it was easy to converse at our booth. Currently serving only wine and sake until liquor license is completed but the wine - a Gruner Veltliner - we picked at the sommelier's recommendation was delicious. Service was excellent -- as was the food presentation -- and the flavors of all courses were so tasty and interesting we all wanted to come back soon to go through the rest of the menu. It was an excellent decision to come here and I personally want to get back as soon as possible.

   Really innovative, Chinese-inspired food in a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the noodle dishes- they were cooked beautifully with great flavors. Oh, and the black sesame budino with chocolate ganache- amazing. Great culinary experience topped off with exceptionally warm service.

    Oceanside was in need of a great Chinese restaurant, 24 Suns is the perfect fit! The food was beyond good, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We shared the bird's nest, an eggplant/pork dish, shrimp rubicon, mushroom dumplings, and some fragrant sake. They served the sake first in traditional small sake glasses and then in wine glasses. What a difference that makes! You won't be disappointed here. Delish!
