Located downtown Bridgeport CT, 29 Markle Ct. Awarded "Best New Restaurant 2023" by the Connecticut Restaurant Associations "CRAZIES Awards". Upscale New American Cuisine, focused on local, coastal ingredients and smoked methods of cooking. Exec Chef, @chefdamondaye.

We gladly accept walk-ins at the bar on a first come first served basis. A 15-minute grace period is allotted to your arrival time should you run late. After 15 minutes your reservation will be released and offered to guests on our waitlist. All guests must be present to be seated. Tables are reserved for one & half hours. For parties of 6 or more, a $25 per person credit card hold is required to confirm your reservation. No shows and or unconfirmed cancellations risk forfeit of held funds. If you would like to book a catering event or a reservation for a larger party (8+), please send an email to restaurant@29marklect.com. All larger party requests must be confirmed and require a credit card. Thank you.

    The best dining experience I have had in a LONG time. The vibe of the restaurant is stylish yet comfortable, the waitstaff was knowledgeable, friendly, and on-point. But the food... out of this world. We split lemongrass mussels for an appetizer - more than enough for two, where my date asked for a spoon for the broth. The entrees were halibut and salmon special, the salmon came with a smoked rouge sauce that was hands down the best sauce to go with fish I've ever had. My date cleaned her plate of the halibut and said the combination of flavors on her plate was divine! I had goat cheesecake and we split the apple tart for dessert - both absolute winners. And the coffee was locally roasted, super fresh, and the perfect way to end the meal!! The chef also came out to say hello and ask how everything was! Can't wait to go back!!

    Can’t say enough good things!! Clearly made with lots of love. Ambiance, service, drinks all were great but the food really takes the spotlight

    Every time I eat at 20 Markle Court I think it can't get any better. And I am always wrong! The ambiance and decor are outstanding, and even though it gets crowded it is not excessively noisy. Good acoustics! Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and professional. You can feel like you are dining with family. And the food? Daye is a master. Tried the new shrimp ravioli and cannot wait to have them again! The curry mussels are my absolute favorite, and the goat cheesecake is heaven. All the food is outstanding. You can taste the love. And the best espresso martini in Fairfield County! Do not miss this absolute gem! Award winning for a reason!

    Service and food were excellent. We enjoyed many of the appetizers, drinks, full entrees and desserts and all were very, very good. Portions were small, but filling, but overall it was more pricey than we were expecting. However, the food was delicous and the staff super inviting, warm and friendly.

    This was my first time here and ABSOLUTELY WONT BE MY LAST ! My server Justin was amazing and his recommendations were SPOT ON ! I recommend this place for date night girls/fellas night out with family etc.
