Individually priced menu; minimum 2 courses per guest. The Al Carte menu will need to be selected for the complete table and cannot be mixed with other menus.

Our 8 Moments Tasting Menu will enable you to discover new textures and unusual dishes designed to provide you with a memorable dining experience, with each and every moment. This unique menu has been specifically created to enable diners to share Chef Gary's vision for the fresh and exciting ingredients and is therefore recommended as created. We are unable to adapt this menu for any dietary dislikes, allergies, except for a fish only, or meat only menu and gluten free. All modifications of the menu are on the basis of the complete table and will require with 48hrs prior notice.
