Hot Springs Premier Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Offering USDA Prime Beef, Fresh Seafood, an Oyster Bar, a Fantastic Wine list and a Bourbon Bar with over 400 Bourbons, the largest selections in the state.

Some of our signature dishes are: The Boursin Filet, Truffle Chicken, and the Double Cut Pork Chop.
Our seafood lineup changes daily because we source seafood direct, our Purveyor provides us with the best product they have availably, and our Chefs use it to make unique and delicious dishes.

Our Main Dining Room is Upscale, Intimate and Romantic. The Bourbon Bar area is Rustic, Comfortable, Classy and Vibrant. We have a Beautiful Patio (must be 21yrs old to enter), great place for before or after dinner cocktails.
Hot Springs National Park and Oaklawn Racetrack are just minutes away.

Very good food. Too pricey Rober in Benton Arkansas has same quality of food/service for half the price but wanted something new! Great waiter👍

Everyone’s steak and beef were perfectly prepared and excellent. Truffle fries and Mac cheese were good, not great. Bread appetizer was just ok, it’s not the Vault’s crack rolls but oh well. My Caesar salad was way too salty with some weird topping not croutons? Deserts were very good though. Disappointing in that I wanted to try the Ahi tuna steak and they were out of it? Liked the parking lot adjacent to place as well. Server was good. A good experience just not great.

Compliments to the Chef and staff. Food was so tasty and delicious. Our waiter was the best he took his time explaining the answers to our questions. 5 Stars!!!

Food was incredibly delicious. Hands down best steak I’ve ever eaten. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. 10/10 .

My husband and I sat at the bar. The two bartenders were great, they answered all my husbands bourbon questions and kept the conversation flowing. The food was delicious and the drinks were top notch!

Another great meal at 501 Prime. Tried triggerfish for first time and really liked it. Kale salad mix that came with it was very tasty too.

Awesome atmosphere, food and service. Had duck eggrolls, local lettuce salad, ribeye and Ny strips. Added mushrooms Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes for sides. Everyone was beyond impressed with everything we ate.

Our experience at 501 Prime was off the charts and better than expected. I had the pork chop which was amazing, the bacon gravy and mashed underneath are perfect. Enough for breakfast the next day. Others had the surf and turf and NY strip with crab on top and everyone loved it. You MUST get the mushrooms for side of they have them in. We also had the brocolinni and brussel sprouts, wife said it was the best brussel sprouts she has ever had. Bernie was our waiter and he was a great help. Even with it being Valentines night the experience was easy and smooth, will certainly go back!
