   My son had approximately 2 cups of meatless spaghetti for $28. The fish portion was two small pieces down from the 3 robust pieces when it was Capitol Cider. All the meals were ok nothing was particularly good and for the price, it was a bad value.

   Hi Jenna, Thank you for your feedback. A few corrections must be made: The spaghetti is not meatless. I am sorry if you thought you fed your child vegetarian pasta. The menu clearly indicates which dishes are vegetarian, vegan, etc. The pasta dish features guanciale - cured pork - and it is an Italian delicacy, hence the pricing. As for the pieces of fish, Capitol Cider also featured 2 pieces of fish and not 3. The weight of the fish for Capitol Cider was 3-3.5 oz each. During the rebranding, we decided 3.5 to 4.5 oz per piece for better value. As for value/cost, well, trust me we are living in times where cost of things got a little out of control thanks to choices we made as a country. Hope things can improve for us all soon.    Finally…! A superb gluten free restaurant in Seattle! A perfect experience! Fabulous ambiance. Our waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. We ordered the roasted brussels sprouts, eggplant dip with crackers (BEST G/F crackers I have tasted to date!, calamari (perfectly seasoned), G/F baguette (also excellent! fresh and superieor to most no G/F bread served in ‘normal’ restaurants. Great location! We ate here before seeing a show at the Intiman Theater on Harvard. This place is a real gem of Capital Hill…!

   My family and I had an outstanding experience at a stir! We ordered two shared plates, the fried white cheddar curds and the toasted baguettes. Both were delicious, especially because it’s so rare that my gluten intolerant spouse can have them. Our main dishes were equally great. Since it’s a gluten free kitchen, my spouse was able to try a bit of everything we had ordered and she was in her happy place! Our server was very friendly and the atmosphere was great, busy but not so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation. We feel lucky to have found a stir on our visit to Seattle!

   I loved everything about my experience at a stir, from the service to the ambience to the delicious food. Seattle Restaurant Week was a great excuse to check out this gem.

   Thank you for the best gluten free meals that we’ve ever had. This restaurant was everything we could ask for: clean, nice and helpful servers, nice decor and ambiance, and the most amazing food and drinks. We need to come visit Seattle more just to come here!

   As someone who is gluten intolerant, a restaurant that prioritizes gluten-free ingredients is bliss. We dined with friends that don’t eat GF and everyone was pleasantly surprised with the meal options and the portion sizes were great! Everything tasted amazing. We enjoyed our experience thoroughly and will definitely be coming back.

   The food is so good and you would never know it was gluten free. Next level dishes plus good old options mean something for everyone. Service was outstanding. We have been here three or four times. Come every time we are in Seattle and it never disappoints!

   This place is terrific! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the food was extraordinary. We split the roasted eggplant and yogurt for an appetizer, then had the short ribs and crab cakes. All were so tasty that I'm already looking forward to going back.

   This was a special 'Cocktails and Music' event hostd by the winemaker for Locus Wines. The theme was the old-fashioned. I had dinner as well, the eggplant and yoghurt dish I absolutely adore. Rich and John (tends bar) crafted superb variations on the OF. We also got a bit educated on the history of this cocktail. Music choices - which influenced the cocktail variation - was very enjoyable. Even the ambience is something I want to call out. I end up attending events solo quite often and this is the kind of place and event where you don't feel alone. I had a blast. This place is a gem.

    From the greeting to being thanked for coming, the experience was superb. Top 5 dining experiences in the last 12 months. I had dinner with 3 other people -- none of them gluten-free -- and the raved about the quality of the food. Of course, as I am a coeliac, the place is a little slice of heaven.
