   Service was genuinely amazing— super friendly and responsive server, including management. Food was stellar.. one note for improvement; steak was one of the best I’ve ever had, but it essentially was an appetizer, because the sides were spoonfuls of vegetables… the steak both for flavour and price and experience, needed more than that. All entrees were seriously delicious!!

   This was the best dinner we have had in recent memory. Starting with amazing pretzel bites that were complements of the chef to go with the 3 course valentines menu, the bison was melt in your mouth and the Angus Striploin was perfect. Staff was knowledgeable and provided great information on the menu. Ambiance was also so nice, we got the sunset over the mountains while a wonderful fire was keeping us cozy inside. Absolutely perfect night.

   We throughly enjoyed our experience at Aalto; the service and dishes were excellent, and the ambiance is wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Rockies!

   Our dining experience was spectacular. The setting, the food, the service( our server was Alari) were all exceptional. We will DEFINITELY be back. An extremely enjoyable New Years Eve.
