    Terrible service. Incompetent staffing for New Year’s Eve. Very long wait-30 minutes for a diet soda. Wait staff was just awkward and unfriendly. Menu was pedestrian. Food was disgusting and tasted awful.

    Not sure if it was because it was a holiday (NYE) but when I went the service was pretty slow. It was hard to identify the servers as they blended in with the guests. We waited an hour and a half for our food which turned out the ticket was never turned in. The server was nice enough to comp the meals, which ended up being very delicious.

    It has a great view but that’s about it. Don’t expect much from the food or the service. They barely had customers and it took almost 30 minutes to get a salad and sandwich.

    I made a breakfast reservation only to arrive and find a completely full restaurant. There was no hostess, the people at the front desk just told me to talk to the hostess and assured me there was someone there. I was finally able to get the attention of one of the servers by following them to a serving station and was told they only do reservations for dinner. Needless to say I was professionally embarrassed for the work breakfast of 5 I was supposed to be hosting. Why give out reservations if you aren’t going to honor them???
