   This was the fourth time I’ve been to this venue and they have never disappointed yet. Nice location, great variety and to chose from and reasonably priced. Great staff and service.

   We were very impressed with Acqua Restaurant & Bar , Excellent service - the staff here are very friendly and efficient. Food was 10/10 and fresh We will be going back again for sure

   Disappointed this time round. We have previously had an outstanding visit and thought we’d definitely go back. Booked for 6 people originally and rang to increase to 8 which was very happily accommodated, thank you! Service was always pleasant, it was unfortunately just very sporadic. We almost always had to ask for someone to take our orders, particularly for drinks after our meals. Little things like knowing which meals were for each customer when bringing them out makes a massive difference. The bathrooms were similar to a public toilet and need a thorough clean and paint. Starters and Entrees were unreal. For mains, many of us had the chefs cut, it was unfortunately below what some of us had had before and expected. While cooked to our liking, it was tough and dry. The remainder of the meal was great! You’re in a great location and I think with just a little more attention to detail in service and the facilities you would be on a massive win in Caloundra!

   Had an anniversary dinner with my partner. Was sat directly beside an old ac unit covered in cardboard/tape and the lamp at the table was layered in dust A few mistakes and forgotten items by our servers. Seafood platter was quite underwhelming for the price, good flavour but overcooked scallops and mussels, off tasting prawns and the meat from the bugs was quite tough, the mussel sauce was quite nice and we both enjoyed the Barra. Got an affogato and the ice cream was freezer burned . They had made a mistake about some of our starters( we ordered a dozen oysters and we got 4 and they amended that for us) and when I double checked the bill they had overcharged us and added both the mistake amount of oysters and the amended price into the bill which I had asked to be fixed. As a hospitality worker and chef I had some feed back just about the food I had wanted to give just so they could be informed as to avoid those mistakes in the future but there was no check back and hadn’t asked me about the food at all which left me quite annoyed and broke the straw with all the small mistakes and grievances I had. To top it all off after me and my partner had left the venue we noticed she had a chocolate stain on the butt of her dress which could’ve only have been from the seat at the restaurant. Left the restaurant disappointed and the disapointment continued a few metres down the street.

   Acqua is our go-to for special event occasions. We L O V E it here! Since we booked to go again, all we have been talking about is there Chili Bugs and Prawns which are to die for! Service a spot on (and having no had YEARS of hostess training growing up, they get it right every single time. Thank you for being a notch above! Mary & Al

   A fantastic Valentines Day experience. The set menu was superb value. The arancini and pork were awesome followed with the steak that was cooked to perfection and was ‘out of this world’. The dessert share plate was the ultimate finale to a great dining experience.

    Food was fantastic and service very attentive . However being tucked in a corner which was really warm and minimal view was very disappointing .
