Acquafarina is a Michelin Guide recommended fine-dining restaurant in downtown Vancouver. This is Italian dining at its finest, served with old-world elegance and modern flair. Take a seat at the copper bar and enjoy inventive cocktails or settle into our captivating dining room with its soaring Salinger’s and 5,000 bottle wine cellar.

Private bookings for large groups are available by request and can be hosted in our intimate upstairs dining room with a private bar or on our all-season covered heated patio with a retractable roof, making it ideal for winter gatherings and perfect for summer soirées.

Our server was knowledgeable, helpful (addressing gluten free options), and very nice. I think his name was David??? This was our first visit, but we will be back.

                                                                                              Went with friends here for the first time. We were all impressed! Great ambiance, we were seated upstairs. They had live violin music featuring a lot of Chappell Roan- felt like we were in Bridgerton. Delicious food- started with the Burrata & Rosso pizza and the we all had different pastas- the mushroom pasta, bolognese, and the cacio e pepe. Everything was made in-house and was excellent. The service was also fantastic. Good recommendations from the friendly servers. Wish we had time for dessert, as they sounded wonderful, but we’ll have to try those next time. Highly recommend for a nice evening downtown.

                                                                                              Food, location, and service were all excellent. Great happy hour deals, interesting and also classic menu. Everything we had was superb, and all of the staff we interacted with are top notch. One side is all tall windows which is lovely with the natural light and stunning view of the library. The recorded music was uncomfortably loud, even after we requested it be dialed back a tad. Surprise live violonist (started at 6:30pm Saturday) was lovely.
