Corkage Policy -All Wine including Champagne, Sparkling, and Sake. 1,000 per 750ml bottle -All Spirits, and Wine over 1500ml. 1,500 per bottle
Reservation Policy -Reservations can be made ONLY through our online booking system 30 days in advance.
-Reservation must be confirmed with a valid credit card. After the reservation is completed, please save your reservation email. Your card will not be charged for the booking, only if a no-show occurs.
-We do NOT accept reservation via phone, e-mail or other social media platforms.
Changes and Cancellation -Reservations must be modified or cancelled at least 3 business days prior to the reservation date via our booking system.
-Canceling any reservation within 3 days of the reservation, including no-shows, will be charged with the full-amount of 3,880 per person from your credit card guaranteed in the online booking system. (International transaction fees may apply)

General Policy -We cater only to children above the age of 12. Children under the age of 12 may not dine with us. -Ad Astra reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation. -All dishes are unavailable to take out due to food safety concerns. -No outside food and drink allowed. -No pets allowed. -We do not provide special occasion celebration services, nor cake cutting services. -Guests with food Allergies, Special Dietary needs or Vegetarian, please inform us under the comment box while booking, or via email. -Ad Astra reserves the right to change the menu due to seasonal availability -Ad Astra also reserves the right to change, or cancel your reservation due to extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
