Share festive sides for the table, including Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Golden Beets, and Green Beans. End your meal on a sweet note with Pecan Pie and pumpkin ice cream or indulge in our signature Basque Cheesecake with mixed berry compote. ADRIFT Mare offers captivating views of Biscayne Bay and from 5-8 pm, Monday through Friday, welcomes guests to a Happy Hour with Ocean Views featuring $10 craft cocktails, $8 beers, $9-$13 wines by the glass and $4-$10 snacks and bites. Sip the summery Strawberry Kush, made with vodka, strawberries, shiso, Sichuan and sparkling water, or La Tropical beer, a Vienna-style lager from Key West. Guests can snack like they’re on the Greek Isles or Italian Coast with the Mezze Plate ($8), served with olives, hummus, eggplant spread, grissini and aged cheese; Crispy Calamari ($8); or Grilled King Prawns with smoked paprika oil ($10), just to name a few.

Excellent experience, in both the food as well as the ambiance and service. The server was attentive and the manager Philip was a delight. I highly recommend the prime rib is was delicious! And for the yellow fin tuna starter is a must!

We were excited to try a Michelin star restaurant while visiting Miami. We dined at 8:00 on a Saturday night and there were 2 other couples in the restaurant. Our server was gracious and very attentive but the food was not what we were expecting. Ordered the calamari for appetizer and it was good but small portion for $27.00. The burger was just OK nothing special and the crispy eggplant was not edible. It was so burnt that after one bite I had to send it back. I wish that I would have taken a picture because I couldn’t find one online to see if it was just a one off. Then the drinks, I had a vodka martini and it came in a glass that resembled a tulip bud. The tiniest martini I have ever seen at $22.00/pop! Needless to say our bill was super expensive and they add 20% gratuity automatically for the 2 of us. We probably would have tipped our waiter more since he was so nice and none of our issues were his fault but to already add it to the bill was a tacky gesture on this restaurant. There is a reason so few diners on a busy Saturday night in Miami.

Patsy – It sounds like your dining experience was a bit of a disappointment. Our goal is to have all our guests try new and exciting foods and leave with a smile on their face. I am very happy to hear that the service was attentive and gracious! The Charcoal-Activated beer batter that we dip our eggplant in is a unique color, and I am sorry to hear that the flavor profile was not to your liking. I hope that you and your table did not feel singled out by the tip inclusion; it is automatically added to the check for your convenience but is absolutely optional. If you are ever back in Miami, we would love to have you back to recalibrate your experience of our Michelin starred chef's restaurant!

Food was excellent. They kept bringing us bottles of water without is asking . So make sure to stop them before they open them because it would be added to bill. It’s rather cold so dress accordingly. Food came out in a good time.

If you eat here, you HAVE to eat out on the balcony. The views are out of this world, and the food is delicious! Our waitress was amazing as well, very fun to talk to and also willing to make accommodations for us. If you're staying at the hotel definitely stop here for the evening, at the very least, to eat and watch the sun set.

Food was great but the service was slow. Like slower than I’ve ever experienced for an empty restaurant by when we got there. Everyone was really nice but I would give five stars if it was faster. The chicken thigh kebab was good and the pita and dip as well. The pesto pasta also came out cold but I did not mention to anyone flavor was good.

We had a girls night out here at Adrift Mare. The service was fantastic. The food came out a little bit slow and it was cold at first but once we let this over now, they remake the things that were cold and it was absolutely delicious and much better! We loved the calamari and all our entrees were delicious! The views of the bay were beautiful!
