Enjoy a selection of starters, entrees, and desserts from our a la carte menu from noon to 3 PM and from 5PM to close.

複数の日付でご予約可能An elaborate menu curated by Chef Raghav as a journey across Canada, through 11 courses meticulously curated for a unique dining experience. The price of the Fruit de Mer is $225 per person (plus taxes) and the deposit secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. This service is available per table only. Please allow us to accommodate any allergies by notifying us in the reservation notes. Reservations must be made at least a day in advance. This experience is available from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 PM with the last seating at 7.30 PM. This reservation can be canceled for full refund by calling Aiāna at least 2 business days in advance.

An optional wine pairing, thoughtfully curated by our expert sommeliers, will elevate each course. Please note, this exclusive tasting is our only offering for the evening, and we’re unable to accommodate substitutions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. Reservations are ticketed, non-refundable, and charged at the full adult price. We look forward to celebrating with you!
