   La atmósfera del lugar es agradable, el aguachile es uno de los platillos que más me gustó, y el pulpo también en su punto. De postre el arroz con leched.

   This is Michelin star quality food. Service is very good but it could be the one thing that holds them back from a star if that’s even an ambition. For example the hostess was not attentive and was on her phone. The delivery in explaining the dishes was sometimes sub par. Wonderful young staff but that could be why. Having dined at Michelin star restaurants across South America, Spain and the US, the food here reaches what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and in some cases beyond. And conceptually it checks the right boxes.

   From start to finish this was a magical dining experience. We sat at the chef’s table for their tasting menu. They were very accommodating to me being a pescatarian and the substitutions were wonderful and just as thoughtful as my mom’s selections. The service was impeccable, knowledgeable about food wine and cocktails, and they really made us feel welcome and at home. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

   Excellent service, great food and definitely value for money. I had lunch and picked from the à la carte menu. Will visit again when I get back to Guadalajara.

    Alcalde se consagra en cada visita como uno de los mejores restaurantes no sólo de México, sino del mundo. La creatividad del Chef, el ambiente cálido, amable, la selección de vinos y licores... Hacen de Alcalde una noche espectacular. Gracias!
