My food was cool not hot! Music too loud! Staff was NOT knowledgeable of Open Table. Alicia's Mexican Grill near Sugar Land, Texas after several attempts refused to assist me in securing my Open Table points. I checked in at 11:30am on May 13, 2022. I checked out at 1:30pm. we had a reservation. we never were seated, we left after 45 min. they have a backwards system. they took who ever was more angry about waiting. they wrote your name on a piece of paper and didnt matter if you had a reservation. Manager looked lost. kept saying, just wait a while, HOW long is a WHILE?? Very disappointed since we go there often but this day was horrible.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Service was pretty good. The music got too loud about 39 minutes into our visit. My fish was very bland. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. I had to remind the hostess to check my reservation on open table or else I would not get credit for my appearance.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

On our July 24 dinner we had the Filet Mignon fajitas and requested medium well and when the entree showed up it looked very black and tasted terrible. I had one piece and I couldn’t eat anymore so I ate the beans and rice and my wife ate the fajitas because she was very hungry. We told the waiter that we ordered the fajitas medium well and we got fajitas that were cooked more than well done and burnt to a crisp. The waiter agreed that the fajitas looked over cooked and he left. On hindsight we should have refused the entree finish our drinks and left but we didn’t. We were last guest in restaurant. Terrible experience. Open Table took, and confirmed my reservation. Drove 1.5 hours to arrive, only to be told they do not accept reservations from OpenTable. Not only will I never eat in this restaurant, but I probably won't ever use Opentable again.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
