We invite guests to relax in a space accented by reclaimed wood, — sourced from the oldest building in Denver — clay-inspired wall treatment, an abundance of plants that evoke the feeling of Mexico City, and artisan finds from Johnny’s home state of Guadalajara.

Wow! Amazing food, and a great pace to our experience, the whole staff was on top of everything. It was Valentine’s Day and they treated us to a Champagne toast on the house. Cannot recommend Alma Fonda Fina enough!! The colors of the lamb shank dish was my favorite detail.

Beautifully decorated space. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were creative and delicious. We really loved everything we tried.

Can not give this place enough stars. Food was incredible. After each plate was served, we couldn’t wait to try more. Service was impeccable! Our new favorite restaurant in Denver!

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is so great and unique, with explosions of flavor in your mouth. The atmosphere is fun with lively music, and not pretentious. My wife and I felt like all the customers were into the experience of enjoying fine food and drinks.

Alma Fonda Fina is an absolute standout in Denver! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, blending modern elegance with the soul of traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is a love letter to authentic flavors, elevated with a fresh, innovative twist. Every dish we tried was beautifully plated and packed with flavor—think handmade tortillas, rich and complex moles, and perfectly balanced ceviches. The drinks? Just as impressive. Their cocktails are expertly crafted, offering the perfect sip to complement the meal. Get the avocado Marg!! Service was top-notch, with a team that’s not only knowledgeable but passionate about the food they serve.
