Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations.
