    The waitress was very unprofessional, being too familiar and patronizing. There was also obviously no dress code as some very scruffy customers were there. Very poor standards altogether.

    Lovely atmosphere the piano player was very good . Would recommend it for a before and after dinner drink or two.

    Friendly, welcoming staff and a good variety of lovely cocktails!! However I wasn’t over-struck with my seat as I was in a tight corner behind a post and unable to see much with the tables quite close together. It was also quite chilly.

    The Savoy is a fabulous hotel with a vibrant atmosphere. The food is good (not great but good). Unfortunately, the service during our meal today, was very disappointing. Our server Gloria, was slow to take our order and slow to bring our food. I am a woman. I dined with my son. Four men who sat down after us, were served more quickly than us - their order was taken first, food & drinks arrived quickly by the same server. We certainly felt ignored. Repeated request refills of water, condiments and our bill, were not met with a quick response which we expect from The Savoy. Do better!

    Very nice evening before our meal in Savoy. My son always wanted to get to here for a drink. We would come back again.

    They made us feel very special. It was my birthday and we were given a glass of champagne. Very nice touches, including delicious olives. The mini vegan burgers are delicious
