                                                                      1) We were very pleasantly surprised by the great service from Isabel. Usually, for a large group like ours, service is understandably slow and unresponsive. However, with Isabel, she seemed to always be around to add to our order or fillup any drinks. Food delivered promptly, and for all guests at the same time. The bill came when we wanted it to. She was able to manage multiple separate bills and payments very quickly. Isabel made the group dining experience fantastic. 2) Food was much better than what we expected from an airport hotel. Food was as good as if we had all taxied out to a downtown Toronto restaurant.

                                                                      Convenient, comfy and casual. We ate here a few times while staying at the hotel. Food however was under seasoned, and our family doesn’t like salt. Kids pasta was extremely small but was given extra noodles both times we ordered it. Mushroom soup is good and would order that again!

                                                                      Restaurant looks nice and was busy for dinner. Server was great. Chicken was undercooked (could see pink in it). Asked them to cook it more - which they did, but not without telling us ‘they say it’s cooked but they will cook it more for you’.

                                                                      The menu had great variety and the wine list was comprehensive. A good selection of craft beers was available too. The service was very attentive. The food we order was well prepared and very tasty.

                                                                      We stayed overnight and enjoyed the club lounge. When we went out for our dinner reservation, we were put at a little table with the noisy bar on one side and a loud table of 6 on the other. The ambiance was unacceptable, especially for a birthday dinner and we returned to the calmness of the lounge. We ordered from the &More limited menu with very generous portions. The staff were great and even provided my husband with a birthday cheesecake.
