Angelo Pizza, Bar and Tapas レストランを開業させることは、8年以上にわたって Angelo Elia シェフが情熱を傾けてきたことでした。Casa D'Angelo は彼のイタリア料理の技への深い理解を示す場となっていましたが、Angelo は彼が毎年訪れるイタリアのレストランで最高の食材を用いて調理されるシンプルなイタリア風のレストランを作りたいと思っていました。彼は友人と共に座って料理を楽しめる場を作ろうとしましたが、簡単なことではありませんでした。シンプルで慎重な考えや研究などが、メニューや高級食材を用いた秘伝のソースに取り入れられた結果、Angelo Elia Pizza は、友人と美味しいボトルワインを現代的で気軽な雰囲気の中で楽しめる場となっています。コーラル・スプリングス、ウェストン、フォート・ローダーデールとデルレイ・ビーチの南フロリダ各地で営業しています。

This place is the best !! We try to get here at least a few times a month and it never disappoint’s . Food is always great no matter what we order . Drinks are very good and they never water down like other establishments. Couldn’t recommend this place enough .

We had a great Valentine day dinner. We ordered from the Specials menu and loved the snapper, lobster raviolis and dessert. Restaurant was busy but the service was still fantastic.

The Caesar salad is always our favorite; refreshing and light start to dinner. Chef Amedeo introduced and presented an absolutely beautiful Hog Snapper prepared to perfection. The Apple Tart dessert is always exceptional, and it did not disappoint again! Hats off to top notch manager Luca, Chef Amedeo, and as always server Luisa who remains attentive and professional, ensuring a comfortable and pleasing dining experience.

The Herb Crusted Snapper was perfectly prepared, with flavorful taste and wonderful presentation. The Bucatini was delectable and pasta flawless. Chef Amadeus certainly prepares from the heart. Thank you manager Luca and staff for the usual professional hospitality and graciousness. Together, this team has created a special dining gem.

The snapper entree with angel hair was beautiful, delicious and flavorful, and perfectly plated. The veal Fiorentina was prepared and presented second to none. Chef Amadeus continues to hit it out of the ballpark. Manager Luca has the pulse of the customers and staff, and provides a warm, inviting and friendly dining atmosphere. Server Luisa is always professional and accommodating. We appreciate all!
