At our restaurant, you’ll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy – the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch. Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. A carefully curated list of wines has been masterfully chosen to create an extensive wine list from every region around the world. Whether it’s for an elegant night out or a gathering with family & friends, Chef Angelo Elia looks forward to inviting guests for an authentic Italian Tuscan-style meal in a setting that feels like home.

    I’ve been to Angelos 2 times before. Once in 2023 and once in 2024 and had great experiences both times. This time I felt we were rushed,. We were told 2 times during our arrival that we had 90 minutes to eat before they needed the table. Which I completely understand but didn’t need to be constantly reminded of this after we were seated. We ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine and finished our dinner in plenty of time. I don’t feel the food was as amazing as I remember it being either. Overall, I was sadly disappointed.

    Fantastic Italian restaurant in Aspen. Beautiful second floor space with big windows and a rooftop terrace. Entrees and pasta dishes were very good and the wine selection was extensive. Really everything we ate was spectacular even the focaccia bread they serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Very well-dressed crowd for dinner, so definitely dress to impress. Also very expensive, even for Aspen, so be prepared.

    Excellent and just as good if not better than it was before. Can’t wait to go back again!! Music is a little loud and makes it hard to hear but loved the music!!!! Service was excellent and food was spot on!!

    Stepheno and Alexi created an incredible evening. They guided 7 of us thru the menu with such knowledge we experienced about 80% of the menu between us. The wine list is extensive with premium wines from Italy, France & CA.
