ARCA is a contemporary Mexican restaurant led by chef José Luis Hinostroza, featuring a unique style distinguished by a variety of cultural influences. Since its opening in 2015, ARCA has quickly become an essential and prominent part of Tulum's growing culinary scene. Our culinary and beverage offerings pay tribute to the region, using the finest products sourced from local beaches and farms. Furthermore, our menus are constantly updated to reflect the seasons and the availability of the freshest ingredients.

ARCA Restaurant ranks No. 28 on the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list, and ARCA’s bar holds No. 37 spot on North America`s 50 Best Bars list. ARCA is also recommended by the Michelin Guide Mexico.

                                        Easily the best dining experience I've had in Tulum in years. The menu style, the pacing, the cocktails, the service, obviously the food... All impeccable. And as much as I hear people say Tulum is getting so expensive blah blah blah. I just had multiple courses and cocktails for almost half the price that the same meal would have cost me in NY at a Michelin recommended restaurant. Last time I checked that still makes it an incredible value. If you're looking for the lights out, special dinner out and perfect meal in Tulum I think this is it. I spent almost the same amount of money at Ilios for a much lower dining experience.

                                        Unreal! Such a treasure and memorable life experience. My husband is not an adventurous eater because he is celiac, and he loved it. The flavors are well crafted and complex. The thoughtfulness of the ingredients gives each dish a story. This was the highlight of our trip.

                                        By far the best meal we had in tulum and one of our favorites maybe ever. From cocktails to dessert, the meal was delicious. A must if dining in Tulum.

                                        Everything was exceptionally good. Wait staff was attentive, well-informed, personable, and effective. The food was amazing — the “Whole Squash” was a strong favorite, maybe even an all-time favorite: thoughtful composition of sophisticated textures and flavors, yet rustic and seemingly effortless. Loved “Green Garden” the bright floral gin cocktail with a basil oil finish. The jungle-like ambience in close proximity to an energized, busy kitchen was an absolute treat.
