    We had an excellent dinner at Aria - I was so impressed with the service! We have 2 small children and right away the server asked for the kids order with drinks/appetizers. Food and drink came out efficiently and was delightful. I had the coco-fashion, which was refreshingly made with coconut water. We ordered the calimari, burrata, and labneh - all wonderful and flavorful. Entrees included the octopus (perfect texture, not too chewy) and the oxtail ravioli ( husband and MIL loved it). Service was exceptional and attentive as others have mentioned - which made dining in a nice restaurant with small children actually enjoyable.

    The waiter was very pleasant and friendly. I had the fried calamari for starters - A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! For main I had the Lamb - 5* Dish - A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! This is definitely my new fav spot. It was my first time there, for sure going back soon.

    We had a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner at Aria. The food was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a fun night.

    Would've been at least 4 stars, but we just can't justify the terrible service with the 18% service charge automatically added to the bill. Also, they switched and baited us, did not honor a promo that they advertise on Good Taste Cayman (local app).

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the service you received. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, please know we have already communicated with Cayman Good Taste. You are correct, they were still reflecting our Tapas Vs Copas offering on Sundays, which we have moved this to Saturdays lunch. Our team has offered you on Sunday promotion of 50% off in our whole wine list. As a venue and group we are also proud to be one of the restaurants on island keeping our Service charge value of 16% under the island average.
