   Had an early reservation (4:15 pm). Server rushed us almost immediately because they "needed" the table back by 6pm. I dont like being rushed when my total bill for two people is between 300 and 400 dollars.

   Honestly the waiter was quite pushy. I understand warning clientele but brushing what they say off and pushing for your own opinion has a limit.

   Unreal delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend letting your server curate a meal for you - we ended up ordering something completely different than I expected, and we were rewarded with a well paced meal that moved through appetizers, seafood, and steak like a dream.    The Turbot and steaks are absolutely delicious!David our server offered us a vast range of interesting information and choices to each delectable dishes. Have the privilege to meet Executive Chef Christian Eckmann. Kudos to the staff for their dedication.

   Very good steaks, great drinks and service. Apps and sides are a bit ‘hit & miss’ - Spanish omelette with black truffle was tasteless and the tallow fried potatoes are HEAVY; churros with caviar, delicious. Overall, definitely recommended.

   Christian made our dinner a phenomenal experience. The steaks were prepared to perfection (especially the Galiciana)...a great assortment to choose from. The Lobster, Corn & Foie Gras as well as the Spider Crab Arroz Cremoso were stand out dishes. Overall feel is that of a boutique steakhouse...highly recommend.

    Asador Bastian was incredible. From the service to the food. David and Dylan were great and both were very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. We started with The Traditional Spanish Salad which was delightful on the palette. Our next course was the Spider Crab Arroz Cremoso. The presentation was fun and the dish melted in your mouth. It was perfectly cooked. For our main we split a Tajima Strip that was on special. It was cooked to perfection. For our side we had the highly acclaimed Bone Marrow Purée. Wowza it was so rich and delicious. Again the presentation was amazing. To end our meal we had the Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. After our meal, because he had time, David gave us a tour of the restaurant. Very nice place. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. We ate in the lower level in a booth in the bar. We were perfectly comfortable and throughly enjoyed every minute. It is a tough reservation but well worth it. Thank you for being a part of the Chicago Restaurant scene!
