   This is a beautiful setting, the views are great and restaurant has been beautifully styled. The savory food was very good and the cake tower was lovely. Some small improvements would be use leaf tea, rather than tea bags and also the staff need to check on the tables more regularly. The staff were very lovely, but you needed to catch their eye to come over. Overall was a very good experience.

   Our High Tea lived up to our first time visit to AURA. Great quality bubbles on arrival followed by beautifully presented and timing of food. The combination of savoury and sweets was just perfect for the occasion. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had no feelings of being rushed. A wonderful experience with amazing views.

   The high tea was ok, service was extremely inattentive (forgetting our beverage order, cutlery etc) as they were more busy chatting to each other. Ambience is nice, but wouldn’t book it again. Also no nappy changing table in the bathrooms.

   The staff were fabulous, catered for food requirements and bent over backwards to be of assistance. Had a fantastic afternoon tea with 3 generations of women in my family. The food was delicious, would come again!

   Sandwiches where a bit dry on outside and we did request x2 no seafood which when food came we got seafood Staff fixed the problem except the chef just did plastic type cheese and tomato slices in a croissant which was disappointing as a replacement Everything was presented well

    It was a wonderful experience, fantastic venue and view. My only comment would be is there were too many sweet, would have preferred more savoury however it was all delicious.
