   The food was terrific! We ordered two lovely beers, cauliflower steak (with chimichuri sauce- yum), chicken, burger and pasta of the day. Everything was delicious. Plenty of parking, great ambiance for families or date.

   Truly delightful! Our food was absolutely incredible, we were so surprised to find this little gem nestled in the heart of Bel Air! We have been twice and both times every little detail with each dish was so well thought out. Everything was so flavorful, cooked perfectly and beautiful when brought to the table. We had the meaty top pizza this time and the pistachio crusted lamb, with a wonderful salad that included golden beets and spiced nuts- the pizza had a slightly charred crust, it was bubbly and cooked perfectly every single topping was incredibly flavorful, I was so surprised at how good it was. The lamb was cooked absolutely perfectly and everything on the dish was a perfect accompaniment. The people sitting next to us ordered sea bass and we were drooling at how incredible it looked when brought to the table. we are excited to go back and want to try everything on the menu! We highly recommend!

   We were looking for a restaurant close to the Skirball Cultural Center and after checking Ava Kro's website, thought we'd give it a try, especially since we didn't need to get on the 405 to get there. What a terrific find! We were delighted from the moment we walked in the door. Wonderful service, an inventive menu and everything, from the Ava salad to the pistachio layer cake was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked salmon, savory Swedish meatballs and an exceptionally flavorful pizza (pesto, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella on the thinnest crust I've had in a long time) - we savored every bite! Best of luck to the new chef (it was his first night) and I wish I lived closer because this would be my new favorite restaurant.
